WE SUPPLY RACE CARDS/POSTERS FREE OF CHARGE

The Race Card: Lists sponsors names, owners names, the races to be run with the numbers & names of the horses. If properly prepared this can also cover the cost of your entire event, plus more in advance of the evening.

SPONSORS

You can ask local firms or people to sponsor each of the 8 races for say £10 to £25 even £50. They can have the race named after them e.g. the Joe Bloggs Plumbers stakes sponsored by Joe Bloggs. A firm or individual may even cover the cost of the entire night.

Horse ownership. Anybody can become a horse owner for say £3.00 to £5.00. Their name and choice of horse name will be shown in the race card. If their horse wins they will win a cash prize or any prize you decide upon.

Buy a jockey, all are encouraged to buy a jockey for between £2 & £4, again prizes are awarded as Horse ownership, i.e. Cash or a Bottle of… Or any prize you may deem appropriate.

If you send us details of sponsors and owners names, we will, at cost customise the race card for you. Subject to time.

If the Race night is for a Club or for entertainment purposes and you wish to organise the race card beforehand, we will supply a stock race card and any horse sales etc. can all be done on the night at cost.

How much can we raise if 80 people attend?

Before the Event

Admission tickets 80 @ £2.00 each = £160.00
Race Sponsorship 80 @ £10.00 per race = £80.00
Horse ownership 64 @ £3.00 per horse = £192.00
Tri-Cast Card = £186.00

On the night

40% of Tote sales @ 50p per per ticket (£1 per head per race) = £256.00
50% of Auction last race @ £30.00 per horse = £120.00

Total funds raised = £994.00

Fund Raisers

Our Horse race nights will give you the opportunity to raise valuable funds for your chosen club, school or charity. As you will see, the more effort that is put into organising a race night, the more your fund will benefit. We will give you the benefit of our considerable experience and all the help you need to make the occasion a success. Please note! The above projection doesn't take Sold Jockeys into consideration.
